Every year at Symmetry, we choose a word that provides that focus. In 2026, we’ve chosen the word “Fortify.” In a word, fortify demonstrates how we empower our agents and how they, in turn, protect their clients. It’s a fitting word to kick off 2026, and one we plan on using to make this year our best one yet!

Fortify (verb): To strengthen the parts of our business that will allow us to grow bigger, faster and healthier than ever. This is our word (and definition) for 2026! We intend for “fortify” to be woven into how we define success this year.
