Sara was born and raised in Joplin, Missouri. She holds a master’s degree in educational leadership and administration, a specialist degree in superintendency and a certification in business coaching.
For 16 years Sara worked as a schoolteacher. She loved being in the classroom but hated being broke. Eventually, Sara turned a side hustle selling skincare into a full-time business venture. It was an upgrade, but she was still looking for something more. Sara wanted work that provided uncapped income, flexibility and fun. She also wanted purpose. “I knew I had more in me; that I was supposed to have impact, change lives and empower others.”
Sara joined SFG in March of 2020—timing that could have brought her new career to a screeching halt. “I thought I had both feet in. But when I watched how the founders and leadership navigated a crisis (COVID-19) of this scale; how they pivoted, remained composed, quickly and efficiently re-invented their entire business model … and everyone followed—I knew this was a path I could trust and decided to move forward with 100% commitment.”
Within her first three years with SFG, Sara experienced incredible success, becoming a regional agency director, equity partner and advisory board partner. “I wake up every day excited to go to work. I have the financial freedom and flexibility to be a present mom and a successful woman in business. With SFG, the life you want is within reach.”
