In 2016, while taking a break from the non-profit world and working as a nanny for Symmetry Founders, Meredith and Brandon Ellison, Amy attended Symmetry’s national conference. And while her focus was to support the Ellisons with childcare throughout the multi-day event, Amy could not help but be inspired by the people she met and the stories she heard. A new career path seemed to be unfolding.

Senior Vice President | Tony Capistrano

Tony was born in Vietnam and immigrated to the United States when he was seven, soon after the end of the Vietnam War. He graduated from high school early and trained as an engineering technician via trade school. For 17 years, Tony supported his family of five by working nights as a press operator at a newspaper company. He went on to try his hand at several network marketing opportunities only to find dead ends and limited success.

Agency Director | Sara Reineke

Sara was born and raised in Joplin, Missouri. She holds a master’s degree in educational leadership and administration, a specialist degree in superintendency and a certification in business coaching. For 16 years Sara worked as a schoolteacher. She loved being in the classroom but hated being broke. Eventually, Sara turned a side hustle selling skincare into a full-time business venture. It was an upgrade, but she was still looking for something more.
