At Engage 2025, there were endless opportunities to build. Whether that was through personalized breakout schedules that allowed attendees to build skills and strategies or by building long-lasting relationships while networking at the Engage Hub, Engage 2025 provided opportunities for attendees to enhance their engagement.
Breakout Sessions
This is where Engage 2025 got personalized. With four strategic time slots, agents crafted completely customized learning experiences based on exactly what they needed to take their game to the next level.
From specifics on a given product to how to start recruiting agents to build your agency, Engage attendees chose the topics that would make the biggest difference to their business.
Engage Hub
The Engage Hub was the centerpiece of a masterclass in engagement. Engage attendees could interact with the Engage Stage, Carrier + Corporate booths, and create long-lasting relationships with their peers.
The Engage Hub was also the home of our Mile-High Mic Drop, our karaoke competition after-party to celebrate three days of top-tier engagement.

Our mainstage content is a great reflection of this inclusivity. In the Bellco Theatre, attendees heard from our Founders, Carrier partners, and seasoned agents in the field. Each speaker brought something unique to the experience and ensured the audience left with something new to add to their process.

The Bellco Theatre was absolutely packed for mainstage content during Engage 2025. Corporate Staff and active agents in the field took the stage to make an impact on the audience.

Founders Panel – Brandon Ellison, Meredith Ellison, Casey Watkins, and Brian Pope shared the stage, imparting the vision that’s driving Symmetry Financial Group forward.
Debt Free Life — the Story So Far – Brandon Ellison and Derek Fitzgerald shared real stories and real results that had people calculating their own paths to financial freedom. Brandon and Derek also shared an invaluable resource for attendees that gives direction in helping their clients understand the impact of Debt Free Life.
Bravery, Passion, & Purpose – Keynote speaker Todd Henry absolutely brought down the house! His message about becoming the most valuable person truly resonated with this audience. Ripple | Women+ Event
Hosted by Founder and Chief Well-Being Officer, Meredith Ellison, this powerful event brought together a panel of six women from across the country to share stories of impact and encouragement. The Ripple effect was real – attendees left feeling inspired and connected to a community that’s committed to amplification, belonging, and creating waves of positive change throughout the industry.

At Engage 2025, attendees became more! From receiving new accolades to dressing up as their favorite music icon, there were opportunities to grow and become more. This year, the importance of becoming more was a constant through line.
Mile-High Mic Drop
The Engage Hub transformed into the most entertaining finale as insurance professionals took the stage for the legendary Mile-High Mic Drop. But this year’s twist made it even better – agents came dressed as their favorite musical artists for the costume contest, turning the night into an unforgettable celebration of talent, creativity, and pure fun.
From power ballads to hip-hop hits, the performances were off the charts, and the costumes were incredible. Insurance professionals showed they can dominate both in the field and on the stage, proving once again that this community knows how to work hard and celebrate harder.
Production Awards
This year’s awards ceremony celebrated the achievements of agents and corporate staff who made a positive impact on their business, the company, and their communities.
Taking the time to celebrate the wins of our company is a must at any Symmetry Event. At Engage 2025, we recognized top-producing agents, corporate staff who shape who we are as an organization and Agency Owners who are the definition of impactful leaders.
