Events and training— two things that Symmetry Financial Group excels at. We regularly host events (both in-person and virtually) for our agents to come together as an organization to learn and grow. Often, these events double as an opportunity for our corporate team to help train and support our nationwide network of life insurance agents.
A perfect example of one of these events is our annual Agency Owner Academy. There, newly promoted agency owners are given a two-day course on everything from tips for building a successful agency to thorough walkthroughs from corporate support. More than that, Agency Owners Academy is a chance for our agents to sharpen their leadership skills and build lasting connections with their fellow agents.
This July, agency owners across the country will come together in Asheville, North Carolina to learn from the industry’s best while gaining valuable insight into enhancing their own business.
Learn from our subject matter experts
Agency Owner Academy is tailored to help agents become successful agency owners. There is plenty to learn and several pitfalls to avoid, which is why this event is led by Symmetry’s subject matter experts.
These individuals bring knowledge, guidance and plenty of experience, and they are there to help accelerate the results of our new agency owners so that they can spend less time learning the ropes and more time building their careers.

At Agency Owner Academy, attendees will get comprehensive training and support on all the proprietary tech and platforms available to them. Through our streamlined solutions, we make starting a successful life insurance agency as streamlined as possible.
They’ll receive walkthroughs of our CRM to help with lead distribution as well as our one-stop site, HQ, which gives agents and their owners all the tools and the support they need to grow their businesses.
Once the course is complete, they’ll have a much better understanding of all the tech they’ll have access to as well as guidance for showing their agents the technological ropes.
