How to get started
We make getting started simple for agents. After contacting their agency owner, agents can sign up for the Switchboard Funnel waitlist. While on the waitlist, agents can access a certification course on Quility U (found on HQ), where they will learn all the ins and outs of this engagement tool. Certification is required to access Switchboard Funnel.
To continue their understanding of how best to leverage Switchboard Funnel, Symmetry agents can also attend weekly training calls that are hosted by the Funnel team.

With any kind of new technology, there is bound to be a learning curve. With Switchboard Funnel, we’ve developed every possible resource to help agents along the way. Our Quility-powered agent website, HQ, has everything our agents need to learn the ropes.
Through the “Quility Platforms” section of HQ, agents will find a Switchboard Funnel tab that will bring them straight to a list of helpful resources. They’ll have access to a guide that gives them a comprehensive outline of everything from onboarding to troubleshooting errors on the platform. The guide even lets agents know what certain phone error messages mean and how to work around them. Agents also have access to a training library that they can refer to at any time.
