Jonathan Dally, originally from Richmond, VA, transitioned to Symmetry following a successful career as an NCAA Division II college football coach and a dedicated high school coach specializing in full-time athlete training. In 2020, he added a new dimension to his career by obtaining his insurance license.

Regarding his success at Symmetry, he says that it is “existing in an environment that allows me to grow. And it helps to have a sense of humor.”

During his time at Symmetry, Jonathan earned the title of agency owner and now has a hierarchy of 18 writing agents.
