Manny Guirola of Miami, FL joined Symmetry after owning a pest control company in Guatemala City, Guatemala. In his words, “I enjoyed running my own business but went through many trials and errors working on my own with no proper guidance. I did not enjoy the fact that I would work 80-hour weeks and was never available to be with my family on weekends or even holidays.” He was licensed in January of 2021.
Regarding his success at Symmetry he says, “The single-handedly most important part of running my own business is working on myself every day to become the best version of myself. In terms of talent, I feel that it comes naturally for me to connect with people. I have become a great listener, and by listening I can understand what the need, concern or problem might be, which gives me the opportunity to offer a solution. I understand that the only way for me to have what I want in life is by selflessly putting my clients’ and team members’ needs ahead of mine. Something that has helped me continue growing is understanding that there is always a way to do or be better.”
Since starting with Symmetry in 2021, Manny has gone on to build a successful agency that has 17 different writing agents have called home.
