John Clayton of Memphis, Tennessee joined Symmetry after working as a retail manager with AT&T for nine years. In his words, “In the beginning, I loved my career with AT&T but then I hit a plateau and I was stuck unless I moved again. Eventually, I outgrew the position and was looking for change.” He joined Symmetry in 2018 after attending a conference and obtaining his license in the same month.
Regarding his success, he says, “It’s not an overnight success. It takes time and patience. You must invest in yourself and your business in order for them to develop. Track your business, inspect what you expect, and challenge the status quo if you want success.”
Since attending his first conference and obtaining his license, John has gone on to find tremendous success with Symmetry. During his time, he has built a successful agency that has led 21 Symmetry agents to success, many of whom have developed their own careers as leaders within the organization.
