From Stay-At-Home Parent to Agency Director

Ashley Richard of Miami, FL joined Symmetry after raising her children as a stay-at-home parent. In her words, “I loved being a stay-at-home parent because I got to stay with my babies 24/7!” She was licensed in 2020.

Regarding her success at Symmetry she says, “I am extremely self-motivated, and I deeply care about people. I work really hard, and my clients and team know without a doubt how much I care about them.”

Since starting with Symmetry in 2020, Ashley has gone on to not only build her own agency, but she also earned the title of Agency Director. She has acted as mentor to over twenty writing agents, one of which went on to build their own agency.
